Jason M. Kleinman is an associate who focuses predominantly on representing victims of medical negligence and catastrophic injuries. He has co-tried numerous cases, including, but not limited to, a construction negligence case that resulted in a $2.1 million verdict, and medical malpractice cases that resulted in $4.9 and $4.1 million verdicts.

Mr. Kleinman holds a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.


Lyle K. Henretty is an associate with a wide range of litigation experience, including commercial and business law, medical malpractice, personal injury, and employment law. He also has extensive experience in the public sector, having interned in both the Michigan Attorney General’s Child Support Collections Division and at the St. Louis Public Defender’s Office.

Mr. Henretty earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
